 A famous Chinese Vlogger actress was set on fire by her ex-husband and died two weeks later 

    A 30-year-old Chinese woman who used to post short videos died on Wednesday, September 30, after her ex-husband set her on fire while she was doing a live broadcast two weeks ago. The woman, named Lamu, has more than 885,000 followers on TikTok's Chinese-language Douyin program. She became popular for filming videos of her daily life in the mountains and countryside of Sichuan Province, China.


The September 14 incident sparked outrage on social media over the issue of domestic violence. Her live account followers said they saw the screen turn black before hearing the screams. The Beijing Youth Daily reports that Lamu's ex-husband broke into her home, stabbed her in the neck, then set her on fire, and set her on fire.

Tang said he was angry and then Lamu divorced him a second time because he had a history of domestic violence. The couple has two sons.

Lamu burned 90 percent of her body. Seeing this, netizens raised about one million yuan (about $ 147,000) for her family after the attack. In Lamu's latest video, posted on the day of the attack, she was seen performing a traditional Tibetan song to thank her fans.
